Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on cardfundora.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Cardfundora ("we", "us") sells blank cards and related products online. You can reach us at cardfundora@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Cards are priced per card; other products are priced per item.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a price was shown in error, we will contact you before taking payment, and you can cancel at no cost.

3. Minimum order and discounts

• The minimum order is $100 (before shipping).
• Bulk discounts apply automatically: 10% off baskets of $1,000 or more and 15% off baskets of $2,500 or more.
• Orders paid with Bitcoin receive an extra 10% off the products (not shipping).
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. How ordering and payment work

1. You place your order and choose a payment method. Your order receives an order number, shown on screen.
2. Within the time stated at checkout, we contact you by email or phone with the payment details for the method you chose (for example our Bitcoin wallet address, Cash App $Cashtag, Chime $ChimeSign, e-Transfer email, or an Apple Pay or Google Pay request).
3. Your order is confirmed once we have received your full payment. Until then it shows as Pending.
4. If we do not receive payment within 7 days of sending the payment details, we may cancel the order and release the stock.

We never ask for your card number, passwords or banking login by email or message.

5. Stock

Stock levels on the website update automatically. If an item sells out between your order and your payment, we will tell you before you pay, or refund you in full if you have already paid.

6. Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund you in full using the same payment method.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your responsibility for printing and use

Our cards are sold blank. You are responsible for what you print on them and how you use them, including making sure you have the rights to any logos, names or designs you print, and that cards you make are not used to imitate official documents, bank cards or IDs you are not authorised to issue.

9. Our liability

If a product is faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for damage caused by printers, inks or other equipment used with our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
