This policy explains what personal information Cardfundora collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We only collect what we need to run the shop and fulfil your orders.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), shipping address, the products you order and the payment method you choose.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message.
• In your browser: your basket and checkout progress are saved on your own device so they aren't lost if you refresh the page. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

We do not collect or store card numbers or banking logins.

Why we use it

• To process your order, send you payment details, ship your products and keep you updated.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.

We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop:

• Website hosting and database providers that store the website and your order securely.
• Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Payment providers (for example Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your bank for e-Transfer) when you pay through them. Their own privacy policies apply to the payment.
• Email services we use to send order confirmations and replies.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's storage only to remember your basket and checkout progress, and to keep the admin team signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (usually up to 7 years). Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (where we don't need to keep it by law). Email cardfundora@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Your information is stored with access limited to Cardfundora's administrators, and the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Children

Our shop is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
